Terms and Service
The store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
2.1. We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Stripe for online payments.
2.2. PAYPAL payments:
If you paid for your purchase by Paypal, we only ship to your Paypal address as stated on your Paypal 'Transaction details' page AND only if it's marked as ELIGIBLE by Paypal. Our Paypal account is under Paypal Seller Protection and we have proof of posting and/or proof of delivery for most items. Even though this might sound strict, we are only protecting ourselves from scams and this changes nothing for all nice and honest customers - they will still get our quality products.
2.3. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify and Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors (for example, Paypal) have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
4. PROCESSING TIME
Everything in our shop is made under request, since we are a handmade brand we only make clothing when a costumer makes an order. Normally if there is no changes in color or design takes 3 to 5 days to make you the garment.
The home collection and accessories are ready to ship and they are all shipped within 3 days after the payment is cleared. We are human beings so in case of illness or holidays we reserve the right to ship according to the situation. In that case we will email you with details. Made to order items, with your own measurements need to be made according with your requests, which usually takes 8 to 10 days depending on our workload.
We ship by track and trace and signed for, so all parcels are insured. In case you receive a damaged item, please contact us and send us a photo of it (for insurance claim). We will work on it and cooperate to sort the issue.
In case of returning item( only with clothing in standard sizes), buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days from date of purchase by Spanish regular post service CORREOS as a Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days in Europe and 2-4 weeks worldwide. We keep proof of posting and/or proof of delivery for everything we are sending.
Our experience is that Customs can delay your parcel for up to 1 extra week. There can be delays also during Christmas and New Year time aswell.
7. IMPORT TAX
Customer is responsible to check and accept import tax for country where the parcel will be delivered. We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs.
EU IMPORT TAX: for all EU customers - you will not be charged import tax, since we ship from within EU.
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
9. PRIVACY POLICIES
